Lil Wayne Happy About Pardon

Lil Wayne is feeling grateful for his presidential pardon from former president Donald Trump.  He thanked Trump in a tweet Thursday after he granted clemency to him and dozens of others Tuesday ahead of President Joe Biden’s inauguration.  “I want to thank President Trump for recognizing that I have so much more to give to my family, my art, and my community,” Lil Wayne, born Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., wrote.  “I also want to thank @bradfordcohen for working so diligently to secure another change for me,” he added, referencing his lawyer, Bradford Cohen. “Love!”  Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to a federal gun charge in December following a 2019 incident at Opa Locka Executive Airport. The rapper was facing up to 10 years in federal prison.  Lil Wayne celebrated his pardon by releasing the new song “Ain’t Got Time” featuring Fousheé on Wednesday evening. The song’s lyrics appear to reference the gun charges.  “The feds, they hot on us, 100 on the thermometer / They raided my private plane, got one that’s more privater,” Lil Wayne raps, later adding, “FBI arrest me, why?”
********That’s a good defense: “FBI arrest me, why??”
******For a “white supremacist,” Trump sure released a lot of black folks from prison!!! Just sayin’!!!!

Joe Exotic Angry He’s Still In Prison

Joe Exotic’s legal team says they are “disappointed” former President Trump failed to pardon the “Tiger King” star as he continues to serve a 22-year prison sentence.  Trump issued more than 100 pardons and commutations early Wednesday as one of his last tasks at the White House.  Private investigator Eric Love, who is part of Exotic’s legal team, tells Fox News he’s not guilty of his convicted crimes.  “140 million Joe Exotic fans had a hard time getting out of bed this morning. We are as disappointed that [Trump] did not sign Joe’s Pardon, as we were confident [Tuesday] that he would. It is only because of you 140 million fans that Joe’s Pardon was even a possibility. Since his trial, the evidence has made it clear that Joe is not guilty but, rather, he is a victim of the persons he trusted most,” Love said in a statement.  Exotic’s spokesperson added that his team — “Team Tiger” — on Wednesday “spent two hours on the telephone with Joe and listened to his Direct Appeal Oral Arguments by Brandon Sample in Colorado.”  “We will not stop, we will not rest until Joe’s injustice is corrected,” Love vowed.

He will also begin his physical therapy soon,” Paul said in a written statement.  Diamond’s rep added that he is “looking forward to spending more time with his girlfriend, playing his bass guitar/video games, as well as making videos for his fans on social media.”  Additionally, Diamond’s rep said he’s already begun receiving fan mail which is likely to lift his spirits.  “We are forwarding the letters/cards to him to read in the hospital,” Paul added.  For fans who would like to send a piece of fan mail to Diamond, Paul asked they be sent to Insurance King C/O Dustin Diamond, 127 N. Message In Bottle Travels Over 1,200 Miles

A message in a bottle that a Washington state teenager dropped into the ocean while sailing in the South Pacific was found two years later after floating 1,200 miles to Papua New Guinea.  Niki Nie, of Battle Ground, said she was 17 years old when she and her family were sailing in the South Pacific. On Jan. 8, 2019, she tossed a message in a bottle into the ocean to commemorate crossing the equator on the way to the Marshall Islands.  “We kind of did it as a commemorative, ‘Hey. we’re crossing the equator’ and just because we wanted to. Why not, let’s see what happens. It was kind of an adventure,” Nie told KGW-TV.  The bottle was found two years later by Steven Amos, a ranger with the Conflict Island Conservation Initiative, who was cleaning litter from a beach on Panasesa Island, off the coast of Papua New Guinea.  “For it to land in Papua New Guinea was pretty amazing because we have so many friends that still work there. So many connections, so many great memories,” Nie said.

Couple Arrest For Filming Sex In Public

A South Carolina couple accused of having sex on a 200-foot-tall Ferris wheel is facing public lewdness charges in an incident captured on video – which police allegedly found uploaded to a porn site.  Eric and Lori Harmon, both 36, were arrested on charges of indecent exposure on Jan. 16, court records show.  Police found video of the duo having sex in a glass chamber on the landmark Myrtle Beach SkyWheel, in plain view of the public, according to local reports.  The SkyWheel is a landmark attraction on Myrtle Beach’s boardwalk and is among the largest Ferris wheels in the U.S. Its seating consists of 42 glass-windowed gondolas, according to the company, and it’s advertised as an amusement ride for all ages.  The wheel operator called the incident “extremely disturbing” and told local media that its officials were not aware of the event until seeing reports of the arrests.  “These actions do not reflect our values, and we do not tolerate any behavior that does not coincide with our family friendly environment,” the operator told Myrtle Beach Online.  They have been arrested on similar charges before, according to the outlet, allegedly having sex in a community pool, which was also recorded on video and allegedly posted to a porn site.

Sanitizer Guy At Inauguration

The true star of the inauguration was the man of mystery who wiped down the podium between speakers.  The internet went bananas over the masked, scarf-wearing germ buster as he wordlessly protected the VIPs from COVID-19.  It didn’t take long for Twitter to adopt the hashtags “Sanitizer-in-Chief” and “Podium Sanitizer Guy” with users trading jokes and posing burning questions about the covert Mr. Clean.  And who could blame them? Viewers were mesmerized by the dutiful gray-haired gent who repeatedly whipped out his alcohol wipes before each luminary approached the platform.   Admirers of the virus warrior such as @lia_d_mcdonald on Twitter quipped: “I came for @joebiden and @kamalaharris but I soon found out I was really there for podium sanitizer guy.” Others became obsessed with unearthing his identity and credentials. “How much does the Sanitizer in Chief job pay? That guy is really earning his keep,” noted @TheValster42.  An initial investigation points to his appointment by the Sergeant At Arms, the top official in the US Senate in charge of protocol during the oath-taking ceremony.  See the pic HERE.
