James Earl Jones Retires From Being Darth Vader
James Earl Jones, the legendary voice behind “Star Wars“’ Darth Vader, is retiring after 40 years of voicing the character. In his retirement Jones signed over the rights to use his voice via artificial intelligence in future film iterations of the character as he “wished to keep Vader alive,” according to Vanity Fair. “He had mentioned he was looking into winding down this particular character,” Matthew Wood of Lucasfilm told the magazine. “So how do we move forward?” Jones has voiced the Star Wars character since its inception in 1977 and most recently starred as Darth Vader in the new Disney+ Obi-Wan Kenobi series. Amid Jones’ retirement, the newly restored Cort Theatre on Broadway was renamed in his honor. On Monday, Sept. 12, New York City Mayor Eric Adams, Samuel L. Jackson and LaTanya Richardson Jackson and others joined together for a ceremony to announce the name change.

Stallone Reconciles With Jennifer Flavin
Sylvester Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, have decided to reconcile a month after she filed for divorce. “They decided to meet back up at home, where they talked and were able to work out their differences,” the spokesperson says. “They are both extremely happy.” The order of abatement filed this week — which aims to put a hold on divorce proceedings — was submitted due to the fact that the couple are working things out. Also the throwback photo that Stallone posted of him and Flavin holding hands last week was “in his own way alluding to what was coming.” They have been married for 25 years and share three daughters: Sophia, 26, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20. Several rumors were circulating about why the Stallones were calling it quits in the first place. Sources claimed that the married couple had a big fight over the acquisition of the “Rambo” star’s new dog. The insiders claimed the dispute allegedly led to “an extremely heated argument that brought up other issues” in their marriage.

Meghan Gave Harry An Ultimatum In The Beginning
Meghan Markle told Prince Harry that she would end their relationship if he didn’t confirm they were a couple. In an upcoming book by Valentine Low, “Courtiers: The Hidden Power Behind the Crown,” two anonymous sources told the author that Meghan gave Harry an ultimatum regarding their relationship, causing him to panic. “She was saying, ‘If you don’t put out a statement confirming I’m your girlfriend, I’m going to break up with you,” one source told Low. Another source told the author that Harry was “freaking out, saying, ‘She’s going to dump me.'” According to the book, Harry contacted Jason Knauf, the communications secretary for Prince William, Kate Middleton, and Prince Harry at the time. Harry reportedly told Knauf to release a statement confirming his relationship with Meghan and to condemn the racist treatment she received from British tabloids. Meghan told Harry’s staff that she knew “how the palace worked,” adding, “you don’t care about the girlfriend,” according to the book. “Harry’s staff knew that Meghan was different from other royal girlfriends. She had her own opinions and would let people know what they were. In the spring of 2017, more than six months before the couple were engaged, she told one of Harry’s advisers: ‘I think we both know I’m going to be one of your bosses soon,'” according to an excerpt from the book.

The final two seasons of “The Crown” are set to span the 1990s to 2003. Fellow new cast members include Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, and Dominic West as Prince Charles. Staunton’s turn as Queen Elizabeth II will conclude the series for her two season arc. “The Crown” Season 5 is set to premiere on Wednesday, November 9th.

Queen’s Final Resting Place Revealed
The Royal family shared a photo on Saturday of the stone marking the final resting place of Queen Elizabeth II. She is interred in the King George VI Memorial Chapel, which is in the larger St. George’s Chapel in Windsor. Elizabeth is alongside her husband, Prince Philip, who died in 2021 at the age of 99. The late queen’s mother, Queen Elizabeth, and father, King George VI, are there, too. “The stone is made of hand-carved Belgian black marble with brass letter inlays, to match the previous ledger stone installed in the Chapel,” a statement from the royal family said. The memorial chapel was completed in 1969. Queen Elizabeth II commissioned it as a final resting place for her father. Also located in the memorial chapel are the ashes of Queen Elizabeth II’s sister, Princess Margaret.

Jay-Z Gets the Blame for Beyonce Bomb – (National Enquirer)
Beautiful Beyonce’s new album is teetering on tanking – and fingers are starting to point at her husband, Jay-Z, as the one to blame for this shocking situation! “Jay is the one who convinced Beyonce not to make appearances or do any publicity to support the album,” sniffs a source about how the megastar has chosen a hands-off way to roll out Renaissance. “Where’s her TV sit-down or her prime-time special like Adele? Jay thinks Beyonce’s beyond all this – but she’s not!! This is what happens when you start believing the people around you.” The underperformance of the 41-year-old Grammy goddess’s new album has rocked the pop world, with the well-reviewed album selling under 500,000 copies so far. That’s TONS less than usual for one of the best-selling artists of all time! In comparison, her 2016 album Lemonade became certified as three-times platinum, selling up to 3 million copies in the U.S. alone. Adding to the concern, industry insiders say, is how little radio play her seventh studio album is receiving.

Alligator Floats Down Lazy River
An Illinois water park marked the end of the summer season by letting one last visitor float along the lazy river — an alligator. The Scovill Zoo brought G, a 39-year-old alligator, to Splash Cove in Decatur to officially become the last visitor to the park to float on the lazy river. Splash Cove officials said the last human visitors were at the park several weeks ago, allowing enough chlorine to naturally burn off the water for it to become safe for the reptile to take a swim. A video posted to Facebook by the Scovill Zoo shows G floating in the lazy river and crawling along the bottom of the water. “He loved freshening up on his swimming skills, floating in the river current, and let us know that he enjoyed his trip to the lazy river by refusing to leave,” the post said.
***********Yeah… so who told him he had to get out??
*****It might be a more exciting ride if you just left him in there all year!!

Giant Lizard Tries To Break Into Home
A Central Florida family captured video when they had an unusual visitor — a large monitor lizard climbing on a window. Jocelyn Penson, who posted the video to Facebook, said the footage was filmed at the home of her son, Frank Crowder, in Apopka, Fla. The video shows the lizard climbing on the window in an apparent attempt to find its way into the house. The reptile ends up flopping off the window and down to the ground. “Looks like Godzilla to me!” Penson wrote. Penson’s family initially said the animal appeared to be a tegu lizard, but Ron Magill, a wildlife expert with Zoo Miami, said the reptile is a water monitor lizard from Sub-Saharan Africa. See the video HERE.

Man Tries To Take Over A Train
A man in Minnesota allegedly attacked a train engineer, who bit the man’s hand before jumping off the moving locomotive. Police charged Samuel David Hohman with second-degree assault and criminal property damage for allegedly pulling a knife on the engineer, FOX 9 reported. Police said a man with a buzz cut and a dark sweatshirt attacked the engineer, wrapping his arms around his neck and telling him to “speed up and get out of town.” Hohman then allegedly pulled out a rusty knife and started to attack the engineer, stabbing him in the forehead. In self-defense, the engineer bit Hohman’s hand before he jumped off the moving train to escape. Police arrested a man later identified as Hohman after the train came to a stop.

Tupac Shakur Arrested… Not That One!
A Florida woman named Tupac Amaru Shakur was arrested for allegedly attacking an elderly man with a baseball bat while he sat on a bench outside of a hospital in her home state. The 34-year-old woman, who shares the exact same name with the iconic California rapper, appeared before a Miami-Dade County judge last Wednesday, exactly 26 years after the artist was fatally shot in Las Vegas in 1996. Shakur — the accused criminal — allegedly hit the man “several times” with the bat outside of Hialeah Hospital around 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday morning, according to an affidavit obtained by the outlet. The man ripped the bat away from Shakur and ran into the hospital. She followed him inside and claimed that she was the one who was being attacked with a bat, according to police.
**********At least she was thoughtful enough to attack him outside a hospital!! We say “community service!!”
