Leonardo DiCaprio Is Single Again
Leonardo DiCaprio and Camila Morrone have called it quits on their relationship. E! News reported that DiCaprio, 47, and Morrone, 25, broke up after more than four years of dating. People confirmed the news. They haven’t been seen together since they were spotted in France in July, according to Us Weekly. “[DiCaprio] has been attending events and going on vacations without [Morrone], from the Care Gala to Unicef Gala to Saint Tropez,” a source said. “He has been spending more time hanging out with all his pals like Tobey Maguire and Jamie Foxx.” DiCaprio and Morrone were first linked in December 2017 and made their debut as a couple at the Oscars in February 2020.

The Queen Is Changing Things Up
Queen Elizabeth will break royal tradition and appoint Britain’s new prime minister at her Balmoral Castle residence in Scotland, not London’s Buckingham Palace. According to a palace source, the decision was made due to the reigning monarch’s ongoing mobility issues. The 96-year-old usually spends her summers at Balmoral. A spokesperson for Buckingham Palace confirmed on Wednesday that Elizabeth will meet outgoing Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his successor on Sept. 6. She will either be accompanied by Foreign Secretary Liz Truss or former finance minister Rishi Sunak as Britain’s new leader. As head of state, Britain’s monarch appoints the new prime minister at Buckingham Palace. Every British leader has been appointed there since the reign of Queen Victoria, except on one occasion. In July, the queen’s duties were scaled back due to health concerns. While Buckingham Palace didn’t comment on the report, a palace source told the outlet that it was not a “drastic” change, but rather “a small update.”

Tyrese Gibson Ordered To Pay Child Support
Tyrese Gibson will now have to pay $10,690 per month in child support to estranged wife Samantha Lee. A judge made the order for the “best interest” of the exes’ 3-year-old daughter, Soraya Lee, at a courtroom in Georgia on Tuesday. He also has to maintain a life insurance plan of $1.9 million with Soraya as the beneficiary and Lee as the trustee. The former couple has been ordered to split 50/50 any childcare or school and maintain health insurance. Upon hearing the news, Gibson looked less than thrilled. The judge addressed him directly about how this decision is “leveling the economic playing field.” “I want you both to love your kid, and I want you both to tell your kid to love the other parent, because that’s how we get successful human beings,” the judge said. “Nobody won here and nobody lost. The kid lost, because she doesn’t have her parents together. Minimize the effects of that loss. Minimize it in every way, shape and form you can.” The judge emphasized that the child support was “not a punishment” for Gibson. “You’re going to see the dividends it pays in your child. Put that money where it belongs – in the child,” he added.
********He tried to remind the judge that he’s also supporting about a half-dozen strippers!!
******Why does Tyrese have to pay when Nick Cannon is out there running around free????
The Rock Is Strict With His Diet
Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is known for his strict diets and crazy workout regiments, but his former director Stephen Merchant revealed just how much dedication it takes for the actor to maintain his killer physique. Appearing on SiriusXM’s “Jim Norton and Sam Roberts,” Merchant, who directed the 2019 film “Fighting With My Family” that stars Johnson, told of the actor’s intense eating schedule. “I think someone told me, maybe he told me, that when he goes for dinner with friends he has to take his food to the restaurant and have them heat it up because it’s such a structured diet he has to have,” Merchant said. “I do remember having a meeting with him just in Texas just before WrestleMania and we were having a meeting about the movie and his alarm would go off at like 3:17 p.m. and he would go to the fridge and there would be turkey and rice with ‘3:17 p.m.’ written on it and he would microwave it,” Merchant remembered. “It was so regimented.” The Rock recently revealed his biggest ever cheat meal which he deemed as “one for the history books.” During his first time trying the fast food restaurant In & Out, the actor paired his two Double Double burgers and two large fries with some tequila.
********And it just happened to be HIS tequila!! Cha-ching!!!

Micky Dolenz Wants His FBI Files
The Monkees’ only surviving group member, Micky Dolenz, has filed a lawsuit against the FBI for any records that may involve him, his late bandmates, or the band itself. The Monkees were investigated by the FBI for alleged anti-Vietnam war activities in 1967 related to a concert in which they flashed pictures and messages in protest against the conflict, according to the complaint filed by Dolenz. Dolenz and his late bandmates Mike Nesmith, Davy Jones and Peter Tork were also investigated for another matter that has been redacted, the complaint states. A portion of the FBI file on the band was released to the public a little over a decade ago, but, Dolenz, now 77, wants to see the complete case file. “References to the band appear in two places in FBI files: a 1967 Los Angeles Field Office memorandum on anti-Vietnam war activities and a second document redacted entirely,” the FBI website states.
*******Mickey has been accused of keeping top-secret “Monkees” files at his house!!

Last text that made me laugh-
My daughter [Heaven, 17] makes me laugh daily, because she thinks she’s ultra cool. She’ll text and call me “G” and “Old raggedy back Jack” because I hurt my back. That always makes me laugh.
Last DIY project-
I’m going to be honest with you. I just kind of pay people to do stuff. I’m not handy. I can’t point to anything I put together, not a toy or dollhouse. Oh wait, my oldest son [Hendrix, 14] and I, we put Legos together. That counts!

Bull Runs Into Crowd At Rodeo
An audience member at a Florida rodeo captured video when a bull broke out of a chute and climbed over a barrier to where the crowd was seated. Christopher Thornton shared video of the scene that unfolded at the Gus Trent Horse Ranch’s rodeo at the Florida State Fairgrounds. The video shows a bull break through the side of a chute and climb over a barrier to the audience area, causing the crowd to panic and flee. A handler on horseback is seen chasing after the bull and is able to lasso the animal and bring it back into the arena. No injuries were reported during the incident. See the video HERE.

Penguin Gets Prosthetic Boots
A penguin in California is getting a new lease on life thanks to a pair of prosthetic boots. Lucas, an African penguin at the San Diego Zoo, was diagnosed with a degenerative foot condition called bumblefoot. This causes painful lesions on the feet and can lead to sepsis, infection and death if left untreated. Zoo officials said Monday, though, that Lucas had recently been fitted with a pair of prosthetic “shoes” made of neoprene and rubber, which will allow him to walk better and minimize the pressure on his feet when he moves. The boots were created by the zoo in partnership with animal prosthesis organization Thera-Paw, which makes artificial limbs for a variety of animals. For Lucas, these boots have been a long time coming. The four-year-old penguin initially developed a spinal infection as a young chick that left him without the inability to stand properly, according to zoo officials.
*********They had to make sure the boots were black, so they’d go with his tuxedo!!

Florida Man Steals COVID Relief Funds
A Florida man admitted to stealing $2.6 million in COVID-19 relief funds to buy houses, a boat, and an engagement ring, according to the U.S. Department of Justice. The DOJ said Daniel Joseph Tisone, 35, of Naples submitted false paperwork for Economic Injury Disaster Loan, Main Street Lending Program, and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan applications. The applications lied about Tisone’s criminal history, the revenues in his business, the average monthly payroll, and the number of employees. “In support of the fraudulent EIDL, PPP, and MSLP applications, Tisone submitted false and fictitious payroll and tax documents, as well as a fake commercial lease,” the DOJ said. “Further, Tisone fraudulently used the means of identification of individuals who purported to work for Tisone’s companies, including their names, dates of birth, and Social Security numbers (SSN) to submit false and fraudulent payroll and payroll tax documents.” According to authorities, Tisone stole $2,617,447.17, which he used to buy homes in Naples, stocks, a 2019 Tiara 34LS boat, a 4.02 carat engagement ring, and more than 800 rounds of assorted ammunition. Being a convicted felon already, Tisone should not have had the ammunition in the first place.
**********The sad thing?? There’s a few million other people who did the same thing!! He just got caught!!

The Rudest Things You Can Do On A Group Trip
HUFFINGTON POST
Assuming everyone is always on the same page
“Etiquette crimes often happen when expectations are vague and people make assumptions, so best to have lots of clear communication before and during the trip to make sure everyone’s on the same page,” Leighton said.
Rather than booking lots of things yourself or declaring where everyone will go and what they’ll do, have a candid conversation with your travel companions about wants and needs. Make sure you know everyone’s dietary restrictions and driving abilities, for instance. “Don’t assume that everyone likes the same thing and make decisions for the group without consulting the group,” said etiquette expert Juliet Mitchell, also known as Ms. J. This is particularly important when it comes to expenses. Have an honest discussion about how much people are able to spend on accommodations, then use that to choose a destination and type of lodging. “You can ask in advance about budgets, or you can put together a general travel itinerary with costs and ask for feedback,” said Jodi R.R. Smith, president of Mannersmith Etiquette Consulting. “Do not presume someone’s budget. Someone usually flush with cash may be frugal right now or someone who lives frugally may do so specifically to have the funds for a fabulous vacation.”
Not giving people personal space
“When friends are staying at a rental, everyone should respect each other’s privacy,” said Diane Gottsman, an etiquette expert, author of “Modern Etiquette for a Better Life” and founder of The Protocol School of Texas. “It’s not necessary to spend all your time together. If you are friends, you will notice if they are tired, or have had enough ‘friend time,’ and it’s important to give them their personal time and space.” Be respectful of your travel companions’ comfort levels around togetherness, especially your introvert friends. Again, don’t assume everyone is on the exact same page. “Not everyone wants or needs to be together 24/7,” Smith echoed. “Too much together-time is a sure way to ruin a group vacation.”
She recommended using the pre-travel planning process to determine which activities people want to do as a group and build in some downtime for those who want it. In the interest of respecting people’s boundaries, don’t borrow clothes or other items without permission either.
Expecting to be catered to
“When traveling to a friend’s home, with your friends, don’t expect the host to treat you as if you are staying at a hotel,” Gottsman advised. “Rent your own car if you are flying in, or take a ride share unless they offer to pick you up. Offer to do your own laundry.” Even if you aren’t staying at a friend’s place, it’s always important to clean up after yourself when you’re sharing a space with others. And make sure to step up and do your part when it comes to division of labor. “If you are renting a vacation home, you will need to discuss meal planning logistics,” Smith said. “Are you always eating in? Or out? Will there need to be a grocery run? Meal prep, cooking and clean up should be delegated way in advance.”
Inviting others to join without consulting the group
Decisions that affect everyone should be made in consultation with your group. So don’t forget to have a conversation before extending an invitation to someone else to join you for all or part of the trip. “There should be agreement about others,” Smith said. “Is there anyone else who may be joining you? From nearby relatives to a cutie your friend met at a bar, have a conversation about whether others will be allowed to join the group.”
Refusing to compromise
“Group trips are team efforts, so finding consensus and making compromises are always necessary,” Leighton said. Remember during the trip and planning process that there will likely be some give-and-take ― whether it’s about choosing a time for dinner or sitting in the front seat of the car.
“Also understand there are ways to offer choices when traveling,” Smith said. “You do not need to always travel together to the destination. Instead, decide the vacation starts when you check into the hotel. Then one person can travel nonstop first class and the other can opt for a layover flight that saves them some serious cash.” People can spend different amounts of time at the destination, so if there’s more you want to do that didn’t make it onto the itinerary, consider returning home a day or two later, and tackle it during your solo time at the end. “You can all arrive for the long weekend, then you can extend your stay if you choose,” Smith explained. “Be open and flexible in your thinking to find a solution that will work for everyone.” And try to be respectful of other people’s activity preferences, especially if they did some of the planning or heavy lifting.
“Put on a happy face,” Mitchell said. “No whining. You may not like everything, but have an appreciation for the efforts that are made for the food, the venue, the activity, etc.”
Not contributing your fair share
Don’t leave people hanging when it comes to payment. Ensure the group has a system for splitting costs and collecting money. “During the preemptive conversation, in addition to general budget, you should be discussing who the planner coordinator will be for the group,” Smith said. “Before the planner books anything, an email should be sent with the estimated costs and everyone should agree in the affirmative. If possible, try to have everyone pay for their own portion instead of having the planner have to play banker as well. If not, everyone should contribute upfront to the banker and then full costs settled out at the end of the vacation.”
Once an agreed-upon budget and payment system is in place, you have an obligation to stick to it.
“If you agree to share the costs, then prepare to share as agreed,” Mitchell said. “And it’s rude to not bring enough money and expect others to ‘front’ you until you get your next paycheck.” Should any financial concerns arise, have a candid conversation with your travel companions. Don’t be presumptuous about what others are able to cover for you.
