Friends Reunion Gets Closer
While chatting with “Friends” co-star Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow confessed that she’s had a hard time saying “yes” to other jobs since working on the beloved sitcom, which signed off in 2004. “I like being the guest family member for the time. When I’m producing my own thing, that’s different, but I have a commitment issue since ‘Friends,’ to be honest with you,” Kudrow revealed on a video chat with Aniston for Variety. “’Friends,’ it’s not like, ‘Oh, it was such hard work for 10 years,’” she continued. “It’s not that. It was that I know that show worked because we all committed to each other too. It wasn’t just committing to a role, committing to a contract. We all still love each other. Our cast is like that, and that’s why that worked. I think part of me died. I can’t do that again.” Aniston revealed that during quarantine she’s been like a lot of us — binging on old “Friends” episodes and even watching bloopers. “I love stumbling on a ‘Friends’ episode. This one time I was with Courteney [Cox], and we were trying to find something to reference, an old ‘Friends’ thing,” Aniston said. “And then we stumbled on — there’s bloopers online — and we sat there at the computer like two nerds watching these bloopers laughing at ourselves.” They are both eagerly awaiting the end of lockdown so they can begin filming the sitcom’s reunion special for HBO Max, which Aniston revealed that they know is “not scripted” and will not be expected.

Bruce Willis’ ex-wife Demi Moore and current wife Emma Heming both gave shoutouts to his parenting skills on Father’s Day. On Sunday, Moore captioned a snap of the blended family, “Happy Father’s Day, Bruce! Your kids are so lucky to have you.” He shares three daughters with Moore — Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah. He also shares two daughters — Mabel, 8 and Evelyn, 5 — with Heming. In her own Instagram post, Heming, 42, also praised Willis, “We love and adore him this much. Happy Father’s Day to one of the best.” Willis and Moore have been holed up in Idaho since March, sharing snaps of the family sporting matching pajamas in early April.

Post Malone Gets Another Big Face Tattoo
Post Malone can’t stop covering every inch of himself with tattoos. He added to his vast collection of face tattoos on Sunday, posting a photo of a large skeleton design with flames he had added to the side of his skull. “I have cut my hair even shorter, also skeletons are cool,” the singer captioned the image. He also added a message of positivity. “Spread your heart as much as you can. A little love goes farther than you think. Stay strong, and keep kicking ass,” he said. He recently opened up about his many face tattoos, sharing that there’s more to it than aesthetics. “I’m a ugly-ass motherf—ker,” Post told GQ Style earlier this year. “[The face tattoos do] maybe come from a place of insecurity, to where I don’t like how I look, so I’m going to put something cool on there so I can look at myself and say, ‘You look cool, kid,’ and have a modicum of self-confidence, when it comes to my appearance.”

Rudolph said that he and his family have been playing, “a lot of cards, a lot of Monopoly and a lot of TV.” When a crew member piped in and added, “And a lot of Brad Pitt movies,” he quipped: “I apologize for a few of ‘em.” He also complimented Pitt on “the work you’ve done after Katrina,” referencing the dozens of eco-friendly homes he helped build in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. “It’s so appreciated,” Pitt responded. “I got such a love for that city and we sure appreciated what you’re doing.” Also appearing on the special was Sandra Bullock who talked to Joy Palmer, a Regional Transit Authority manager whose husband died of Covid. “I just wanted to take this time to thank you for your service and your contributions to keep everyone safe,” Bullock told her.

Matt’s Moving To Emerald Isle!-(National Enquirer)
Matt Damon was so impressed with lockdown life on the Emerald Isle, he may quarantine his family there for good! The “Good Will Hunting” Oscar winner, 49, packed up wife Luciana and daughters Isabella, 14, Gia, 11, and Stella, 9, to the Irish seaside town of Dalkey in mid-March so he could shoot the Ridley Scott film “The Last Duet.” The family lives in Brooklyn, N.Y.-but insiders said they found Ireland captivating! “He almost didn’t want to come back!” said the insider. Another insider said the couple “learned they could ditch New York or Hollywood in a heartbeat-Matt is already scouting properties!”
Kim Loses It Over Hefty Kanye!-(Globe)
Chubby Kanye West’s doughy dad bod is driving Kim Kardashian so crazy she’s hired a “fat whisperer” to help her 247-pound hubby slim down, insiders spill. Sources say the 39-year-old reality star feels the rapper’s padded body is weighing down their marriage so much she’s lined up a pricey diet guru to teach the rotund recording artist, 43, about healthy eating and proper nutrition. “She can’t be married to a man who lets himself go this badly and figures it’s time for drastic alternative measures,” reveals an insider, though another snitch insists the star is slimming down. According to the first tattletale, five-foot-nine Kanye’s fried food intake is as bad as it’s ever been, and he guzzles sodas and downs sugary snacks all day long. “Bottom line is Kanye is the father of her children, and she feels he’s setting a really bad example!”

Kate Winslet fell in love with New Zealand while filming Avatar 2 recently-so much so that she’s seriously contemplating a move to the land of the kiwi. With production put on hold in February due to the coronavirus, the Titanic star, 44, has been quarantining in her native England with husband Edward Smith, 42, their son Bear, 6, and her kids Mia, 19, and Joe 16 (from her marriages to Brit directors Jim Threapleton and Sam Mendes). She “misses New Zealand so much-the people, the culture and, of course, the spectacular scenery,” a source says. “She was really happy living there and can’t wait to get back now that production’s set to resume this month.” Hubby Ed-the eccentric nephew of billionaire Richard Branson, who formerly went by the name Ned Rocknroll-and the kids are on board. Adds the pal: “Kate’s already been checking out some properties. She may be an English rose at heart, but she’s planning to make her stay there much longer this time around!”
Throwback! Naomi Campbell-(Life & Style)

Kelly Clarkson & Brandon Blackstock: Inside Their Shocking Split-(People)
After nearly seven years and two kids, the singer and talk show host files for divorce from the man she as long called ‘The One.’ On June 4, the star made a move that fans-and even many of the couple’s friends-never saw it coming: filing for divorce. “It just came out of nowhere. Their marriage was so strong,” says a source. “[Kelly] loved being a wife and having a big family.” Still, sources point to busy careers that put strain on their marriage-and tensions that came to a breaking point over the past few months while they self-isolated on their Montana ranch. “It was a stressful time,” says source. [Quarantining in Montana] exacerbated any issues.”

Stinky Fruit Causes Evacuation
Police in Germany said a post office was evacuated and some workers received medical treatment due to a smell from a suspicious package that turned out to be full of a famously pungent fruit. Police and firefighters in the Bavarian town of Schweinfurt responded to the municipality’s post office Saturday when workers reported a suspicious smell coming from a package. “Due to the unknown content, it was initially unclear whether the suspect package posed a greater risk,” Schweinfurt police said in a statement. Police said 12 Deutsche Post workers complaining of illness from the smell were treated by medical personnel at the scene, while six were taken to a local hospital as a precaution. Investigators opened the package and discovered it was filled with durian, a Thai fruit famous for its strong odor, which has been compared to rotten food, dirty socks and vomit.

Amazon Driver Complies With Doorbell Instructions
A Delaware woman’s doorbell camera footage of an Amazon delivery driver complying with her son’s “additional instructions” for delivery — shouting “abra cadabra” and running away. Lynn Staffieri said her 13-year-old son, Jacob, ordered a package from Amazon and left a message for the driver in the section of the order that asked, “Do we need additional instructions to find this address?” “No but knock on the door 3 times and scream abra cadabra as loud as you can and run super fast away,” the boy wrote. The doorbell camera footage shows the woman delivering the package to the front porch of the Magnolia home, knocking three times, shouting the magic word and running quickly back to her truck. “Thank you to this great Amazon delivery woman!” Staffieri wrote in a Facebook post. “Apparently, my youngest son, had put some ‘additional instructions’ for delivery and she went along with it. It made us smile even though my son should not have done that so I apologize for that. I do appreciate that the driver looked closely enough at the instructions though because I know a lot of people wouldn’t.” See the video HERE.

Kid Skateboarder Sets Record
A Brazilian skateboarder who made history by landing the first 1,080-degree turn on a vertical ramp tile has now been awarded a Guinness World Record for his achievement. Guinness announced Gui Khury, 11, who made headlines in May when video of his trick went viral, was awarded the world record for the first skateboard 1080 on a vertical ramp. Khury, who also holds the Guinness record for the world’s youngest X Games athlete, became the first to land a 1,080-degree turn 21 years after legendary skateboarder Tony Hawk became the first to land a 900-degree turn. “Being a Guinness World Records title holder has always been a dream for me! If I ever get the chance to advise any other kid in the world who wants to break records or pursue their passions, I would say, if you want to do something, believe in it, and you can do it,” Khury said. Class Ring Found After 27 Years In Rental Car
A Georgia man who lost his high school class ring in the early 1990s was reunited with the piece of jewelry 27 years later by a teenager whose family found it on a road trip. Buster Kast said he lost his ring from Northside High School in Warner Robins when he was on a family trip a couple of years after his graduation in 1991. “The last time I remember wearing it, we were on vacation at St. Augustine and we rented a car,” Kast told WMAZ-TV. Chance McDonald said he was only a baby when his family rented what apparently was the same car. “They got a rental car from Alabama and they went to get the kids out of the car and get stuff out of the trunk, and they found a ring,” McDonald said. The ring was in the possession of the McDonald family for two decades before Chance McDonald decided to spend some of his COVID-19 lockdown time attempting to see if he could track down its owner. McDonald said the two clues provided by the ring — the name of the school and the engraved name Buster — to do some sleuthing online. He said it didn’t take long to find Kast on Facebook. “I didn’t believe it because he just texted me out of the blue. Next thing I know, he’s asking if I lost one and I was like, ‘Absolutely,'” Kast recalled.

Before You Start Riding A Bike In A City, Read These 9 Tips From Cyclists
Huffington Post
- Read up on your local rules of the road.
Each state can have different rules on helmet use, bells, bike lights and sharing the road with vehicles, so you should look up your state’s laws and your local laws before hitting the road.
In general, as this video from the nonprofit League of American Bicyclists illustrates, there are a few principles that stay the same across traffic laws in the U.S. They include: Always ride with traffic, ride in the middle of the lane when sharing the road isn’t safe, and yield to crossing traffic.
- Don’t be afraid to take the lane.
When you’re riding your bike, act like a car, so that you are more predictable to other road users, recommends Sydney Sotelo, adult education coordinator for the Washington Area Bicyclist Association. That includes stopping at red lights and stop signs, and riding in the same direction as traffic.
Sotelo recommends riding in the center of the lane if three feet of space between you and a vehicle is not possible. “It is a tip that can make motorists feel frustrated, but the reality is, it is the space that makes you most visible,” she said.
- Remember there’s a pandemic and keep your distance.
Ayesha McGowan, a professional road cyclist with Liv Racing based outside Atlanta who has shared commuting tips on social media, recommends wearing a bandana as a face covering while riding and to bring hand sanitizer with you. “Minimizing the need to go inside places is just smart in general,” McGowan said.
- Make sure your helmet fits.
Check the placement of the brim of your helmet. “You shouldn’t be able to fit more than two fingers horizontally between the top of your eyebrows and the rim of your helmet,” Eliana Marcus-Tyler, program coordinator at San Francisco Bicycle Coalition. If you can fit more than that, your helmet is either too far back or too low down.
You also shouldn’t be able to fit more than two fingers between your chin and your chin strap, or else it’s too loose, Marcus-Tyler said.
- Go with a buddy who is more experienced to build confidence.
You can learn a lot from riding with someone who is more experienced and seeing how they react to different traffic situations.
After you follow your buddy for a while, switch up the positions. Sotelo recommends putting the less-experienced rider in front so they lead, as Sotelo does in her classes. “The person behind can actually move over into a lane to prevent motorists from coming up behind you to protect that [less] experienced rider, so they don’t need to worry about traffic behind them as much,” Sotelo said.
- Double-check your bike equipment.
Spot small issues before they become big problems that strand you on the street. Sotelo recommended the ABC Quick Check method:
- Air: Check if you have enough air in your tires by squeezing them. They should feel as hard as the back of your thumb knuckle. “Having a properly inflated tire takes some of the strain off of pedaling,” Sotelo said.
- Brakes:Make sure your brake pads have not been worn down to less than 1/8 of an inch. If your hand brake levers come all the way into your handle bars when you press in, they need to be tightened, Sotelo said.
- Chain: Your chain should not have rust or debris. Wipe down your bike after a muddy ride or a ride in the rain.
- Quick Releases:Make sure all the levers on your seat post or in the center of your wheels are closed and locked.
- Check: Make sure your bike is not rattling and is in working order.
- Lock your bike to something that can’t be moved.
Don’t forget to lock up your bike if you have to leave it outside.
To prevent your bike from getting stolen, choose what you are locking it to wisely. “Make sure you lock your frame to something that is immobile and has a top that you can’t slide the bike over,” McGowan recommended. “Make sure you lock your wheels to your frames.”
- Practice your skills and hazard avoidance maneuvers before they get put to the test.
You can dust up your skills by watching how more experienced cyclists do it. The League of American Bicyclists has videos on how to position yourself at intersections, signaling, and the ideal way to start and stop, for example.
Cyclists recommended practicing on quieter streets and practicing routes when they are less busy to get familiar with the roads. In car-free spaces, Marcus-Tyler advises practicing taking your hands off of the handle bars, so you get more comfortable with signaling and adjusting your face mask. “It’s really good to get more comfortable doing that before you’re riding in more heavily trafficked areas,” Marcus-Tyler said.
No matter where in the country you are, Marcus-Tyler said you never want to be in the path of a car door opening, even when you’re in a bike lane, because you could get hit by the door opening or you may need to swerve into traffic to avoid getting doored.
“We always recommend that people ride about five feet from parked cars,” Marcus-Tyler said. To stay outside of the door zone, look for the sharrows, or the painted shared lane marking, and aim for riding in the center of the arrow, she said.
- Remember that you don’t have to bike the whole way there and back.
“Just because bicyclists have the right to ride in the road doesn’t mean you always should,” Sotelo said. “If you’re ever riding in a street and you feel uncomfortable, you can always get off of your bike and become a pedestrian.”
Remember you can combine your bike with other forms of transportation. “You can often take it on the train or the buses, and that can alleviate some of the distance you need to ride if you have a particularly far place you need to go,” McGowan said.
And remember to have fun with it. Think of all the driving headaches you get to avoid. “My absolute favorite thing about biking in a city as opposed to driving in a city is you never have to park a car,” McGowan said.
“Don’t give up,” said Leo Rodgers, a cyclist with Brooks England based in St. Petersburg, Florida, who is also a bike mechanic. Rodgers said when he falls off his bike, he puts it into perspective with thinking like, “I got my one in, I gotta keep it going.“
Rodgers said it helps to know how to fix a flat tire, but you don’t need to have cycling all figured out to get on a bike. “There’s a lot of things you might not know until you start riding. That’s when you start figuring things out,” he said.
