Sharon Osbourne isn’t shy about discussing her sex life. She spoke about how intimacy with her longtime husband, Ozzy Osbourne, has changed over the years. “We all know Ozzy was way oversexed,” she said on the The Talk. “That’s no secret,” she continued. “He had enough for all. It’s getting less. It used to be three times a day, but it’s much less now. Let’s say a couple of times a week, which is normal in a long, long relationship.” “Speaking for the older ladies here: when you’re in a relationship, your relationship has highs and lows,” said Osbourne. “And depending on where you are with your relationship, you love each other more. Dolly Parton may be preparing for a return to Playboy. She revealed during a recent episode of the “Scott Mills and Chris Stark” show that she has plans to celebrate her 75th birthday in January by posing for the magazine. “Yeah, I just might do it, if I can do it in good taste and they want it [and] we’ll do it along with a really good interview inside,” Parton said, per Daily Mail. “So, yeah, we’ve talked about it.” She said it would be a “hoot” to return to Playboy, over 40 years after appearing on the cover in a now-famous black bunny suit with a pink necktie and cuffs back in October 1978. Parton also revealed that she wakes up at 3 a.m. every day. “I’m a very early riser. I’ve always done that. Mick Fleetwood has recreated a heartwarming viral video featuring one of his biggest hits. The inspiration video, which exploded online last week, showed a man skateboarding down a freeway while drinking Ocean Spray juice and singing along with Stevie Nicks to Fleetwood Mac’s 1977 hit “Dreams.” The frontman posted his own version of the juice-glugging clip to TikTok over the weekend. “@420doggface208 had it right,” Fleetwood, 73, captioned a video of himself skating through a lush garden in the rain, drinking straight from a Cran-Raspberry bottle and singing with Stevie. “Dreams and Cranberry just hits different.” The clip, posted Sunday, has already racked up over 3.9 million views. Fleetwood appears to have created his TikTok for the sole purpose of posting the video, which is the only one currently uploaded to his account. Fleetwood’s recreation follows the band formally announcing their approval of the video on Twitter, tweeting, “We love this!” alongside the clip last Saturday, shortly after it went viral. The band has good reason to be praising the video, as it brought the rock group a spike in sales and streams in addition to rocketing the decades-old song back onto the charts, where it currently sits at No. 28 on the daily version of the Rolling Stone Top 100 Songs Chart. Apple data found that “Dreams” saw a 221 percent increase in streams following the video — which also brought good fortune to its creator. Lost Class Ring Found 53 Years Later
A class ring lost in a New Hampshire pond was returned to its owner 53 years later when a recent drought caused the pond to partially drain. Kathy Rowell, of Barrington, said her husband, Steve, lost his Spaulding High School class ring in 1967, when it slipped off his finger while he was skipping stones with his brothers at Drew’s Pond. She said multiple attempts had since been made to find the ring, but no one was able to locate it. Rowell said recent drought conditions caused the pond to partially drain, so she enlisted the help of neighbor Tom Greco and his metal detector to take a fresh look for the ring. Greco was able to find the ring and hand it over to Rowell, who presented it to her husband. She said the ring is still in great condition after 53 years in the muck.

Heaviest Blueberry
An Australian couple were awarded a Guinness World Record for growing the world’s heaviest blueberry, which weighs in at more than half an ounce. Guinness confirmed the blueberry grown by David and Leasa Mazzardis, founders and owners of the Nature’s Select breeding program in Wilbinga, Western Australia, set a new world record at 0.57 ounces. It has a diameter of 1.4 inches. They said they did not set out to grow unusually large blueberries, but the size of the fruit is a side effect of breeding the Ozblue variety of blueberries for traits related to taste and texture.

Cops Round Up Cattle
Police in Massachusetts shared photos of officers trying their hands at cattle wrangling when four loose cows went for a wander around town. The Westborough Police Department said officers responded alongside the local animal control officer and the cows’ owners Sunday when the four head of cattle were seen wandering down Wachusett View Drive. The officers rounded up the cows and led them on a “mini cattle drive” back to their home. Police said the cows came from the farm at Uhlmans Ice Cream shop. See the pics HERE.

Drunk Student Rescued From Dryer
A college student in the U.K. needed to be rescued by her local fire brigade after getting her legs stuck inside the clothes dryer she shares with her roommates. Rosie Cole, 21, says she and her friends were drinking wine and tequila when she was challenged to fit inside their shared appliance, reported SWNS. “I was with my other housemates, and one of them dared me to get in it,” said Cole, a student at the University of Hull, in East Yorkshire, England. “Me thinking there was no chance I’d actually fit, decided to try it, and to my surprise, it seemed easier than I thought.” Cole climbed in legs-first, and even managed to shimmy her hips in, before she realized she wasn’t unable to uncross her legs inside the dryer. Cole’s roommates were also unable to help free her hindquarters from the tiny, warm prison. The group eventually decided to call the local fire brigade, although they were barely able to convey the situation without breaking into hysterical laughter, according to footage shared. Footage filmed by one of Cole’s friends, however, seems to indicate that, while they were certainly concerned, they were also extremely amused by her predicament. See the pics HERE.

6 Mistakes You Should Take Off Of Your Resume ASAP

- You list an objective.
Melanie L. Denny, a Florida-based career coach and resume writer, said this is the biggest mistake she sees job seekers make currently. She said it typically looks something like: “Objective: to secure position that fits my experience at a company with opportunity to grow.”
But, as Denny notes, “Isn’t that everyone’s objective?”
Listing an objective makes the resume about you and the job you want when your resume needs to reflect the value you’re bringing to the company, Denny said. Instead of listing an objective, she recommends writing a headline of the job you want and 2-3 sentences describing the qualifications that make you the best fit for that role.
- You mention “references available upon request.”
This is a redundant mention “that’s a waste of a line,” Denny said, because of course you will give references if a prospective employer asks.
Instead, “Use that line to sell your value. Give examples of your experience and your accomplishments,” Denny said, though she noted you should separately have a list of people you can ask to be a reference just in case.
- You use a resume template that cannot be processed by applicant tracking systems.
The risk with using a resume template is that it may cause your resume to be unintelligible to an applicant tracking system.
Applicant tracking systems are common software programs that employers use to sort and organize electronic job applications. The problem is that the software might filter out certain resumes. In a 2016 survey of 374 human resources professionals, the majority acknowledged that some qualified candidates are likely being filtered out by their applicant tracking software.
Disqualifiers can include creative column formatting, using a header and footer, and failing to use job description keywords in your resume that track with the desired activities, titles and tools associated with the open role.
- You frame COVID-19 job loss as a loss, instead of an opportunity.
If you lost your job due to COVID-19, there are two schools of thought on how to address it on your resume. Some job search coaches recommend mentioning explicitly on the resume that you lost your job to coronavirus in order to eliminate the idea that it was performance-related. Denny recommends explaining it in a cover letter.
But regardless of which approach you take, make sure to show off how you have adjusted your skills and experiences in the downtime. Bonnie Negron, a New Jersey-based career coach and former hiring manager, said she notices people fail to include new skills they have gained due to COVID-19, such as becoming tech-savvy or Zoom experts.
Employment gaps should be filled with volunteering or any courses you’ve taken in the meantime to continue your education, Denny said.
“What were you doing with this spare time that we can add to your resume?” Negron asks furloughed and laid-off clients.
If your job experiences don’t exactly align with the role you are applying for, recruiters generally recommend listing any such self-studies at the top of your resume. If you’re making a career pivot, this is where you can talk about your new career direction and list any initiatives you are taking to reach that place.
- You repeat your job experiences.
Negron said another mistake job seekers make is being redundant about job experiences on their resume. “What is different about each of the different roles that you’ve had?” Negron said your resume should explain. “In every position we’ve had, we’ve always done something that is unique to that position. Your professional experience should speak to that.”
If you’re a receptionist, for example, you don’t need to list that you answered phones under each receptionist job you held in the past, Negron said.
- Your resume is too long.
Recruiters initially skim through resumes for an average of seven seconds each, according to a study that tracked eye movements. Make every one of those seconds count by mentioning only what is most relevant to the role. “You shouldn’t have 12 bullets for each job; three to five is good enough,” said Denny.
And keep an eye on length: “Three pages is too long,” she added. “One full page if you have less than 10 years of experience [or are a] new grad, and then two full pages if you’re a more established professional with a little bit longer of a job history. But that’s it.”
