Bond Producers End Replacement Talks

The producers of James Bond won’t discuss Daniel Craig’s replacement in the film franchise until 2022.  Producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson were asked in an interview Monday on BBC Radio 4’s Today if they have chosen who will replace Craig as Bond.  “Oh God no,” Broccoli said. “We’re not thinking about it at all. We want Daniel to have his time of celebration. Next year we’ll start thinking about the future.”  Craig will make his fifth and final appearance as Bond in No Time to Die, which opens in theaters in October. He also starred in Casino Royale (2006), Quantum of Solace (2008), Skyfall (2012) and Spectre (2015).  When asked if Craig will have input on the next Bond, Wilson said, “He’s been such a great Bond. Those are big shoes to fill. I can’t even think who is possible.”  Craig said in a recent interview with Radio Times that he doesn’t think Bond should be played by a woman.  “The answer to that is very simple. There should simply be better parts for women and actors of color. Why should a woman play James Bond when there should be a part just as good as James Bond, for a woman?” he said.
*********Yes!!! We’d like to see a movie called “Jane Blonde,” about a hottie who “stuns” people with her bikini bod!!!

Sandler and Aniston Making Murder Sequel

Netflix has announced it is making a sequel to its popular 2019 comedy, Murder Mystery. “Grab your passport because Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston are returning for another international adventure full of intrigue and hijinks,” the streaming service said Saturday.  No additional details pertaining to the plot, creative team or cast of the film were immediately disclosed.  This will be their third movie together. They also co-starred in 2011’s Just Go With It.  The first Murder Mystery cast Sandler and Aniston as a married, working-class couple who end up in the middle of a murder investigation on a billionaire’s yacht. It was directed by Kyle Newacheck and written by James Vanderbilt.

Meghan May Never Return To England

Meghan Markle isn’t expected to head across the pond anytime soon.  The claim was made by royal author Robert Jobson who alleged she will avoid making a royal appearance in the U.K. “until the dust finally settles” following her 2020 exit with husband Prince Harry.  “I’m not sure Meghan will ever come to Britain again,” he recently told Us Weekly. “She’s not popular [right] now.”  As for Harry, Jobson told the outlet that he will likely return for Queen Elizabeth II’s upcoming Platinum Jubilee, a celebration that honors seven decades of the reigning monarch’s service to the Commonwealth. “But you’ve got to remember that within months he’s going to have a book coming out… It’s going to be quite awkward,” Jobson pointed out.  Still, he predicted that the ongoing royal drama will be kept under wraps for the queen’s sake.  “The focus should not be on whether Meghan’s happy or not, or whether Harry is looking the wrong way from his brother [Prince William]… The queen deserves more than that,” he said.  Back in April, royal author Anna Pasternak told Fox News that she doesn’t believe Markle will return to the U.K.  “Will Meghan Markle return to the U.K.? My speculative answer would be no, not if she can help it,” she said at the time. “Sadly, I cannot see her ever becoming a loved and cherished member of the royal family with the unified respect and adoration of the British people. I think that ship has sailed.”

Chrissy Teigen Celebrates Sobriety

Chrissy Teigen took to Instagram on Sunday ahead of her and husband John Legend’s appearance at the 2021 Tony Awards to share some proof with her followers that she is now 70 days sober.  Teigen simply shared a screenshot of a tracking app she is using to keep count of her “sober streak” after announcing in December that she decided to quit drinking.  “10 weeks woopwoop!!!!” she captioned the post.   She noted ahead of the New Year that she had decided to quit drinking after getting a book from a friend all about giving up alcohol in a culture that’s obsessed with it socially.   “I was done with making an a– of myself in front of people (I’m still embarrassed), tired of day drinking and feeling like s–t by 6, not being able to sleep,” Teigen wrote at the time, adding, “I have been sober ever since.”  As she got comments from supportive friends and followers, the star dedicated the rest of her night to sharing images of herself and Legend at the Tonys.

Angelina Jolie Heats Up Dating Rumors

Angelina Jolie and The Weeknd were once again spotted spending time together, sparking even more speculation that the pair are an item.  She arrived separately from him at Italian restaurant Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, Calif., on Saturday night. However, after a couple of hours inside, they were photographed leaving together.  They were not seen holding hands or packing on any PDA outside the eatery.  Giorgio Baldi appears to be a favorite dining place for the Hollywood duo, as it was also the setting for their first-ever sighting together in June.  At the time, Jolie and The Weeknd’s outing shocked many since the pair had not been known to hang out together before.  However, a source implied at the time that the entertainers were simply meeting up for business and not pleasure.  “They’re clearly not trying to hide [the dinner date],” the insider told us. “He’s definitely focused on getting to the movie business. He has the new HBO series he’s starring in.”  The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, is set to co-write and star in the new HBO series “The Idol,” which he co-created with Reza Fahim and “Euphoria” creator Sam Levinson.

Harry and Meghan Slammed For Private Jet

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are being branded “hypocrites” for using a private jet to get home after attending Global Citizen Live — an event in Manhattan last weekend that advocated for climate change action.  They were spotted Saturday night arriving at an airport in Santa Barbara, Calif., after landing in a private plane.  The couple appeared happy as they gave hugs to members of their staff, including Mandana Dayani, the CEO of their Archewell organization.  Social media, however, was not amused.  “Harry and Meghan are at it again. They take a private jet back from a climate change event. Oh to be blissfully rich and blissfully virtuous. You really can have it all,” wrote one angry Twitter user. The Transport and Environment Organization reports that private jets are 10 times more carbon intensive than commercial airlines and 50 times more polluting than trains.  Harry has been called out and had to defend his use of private planes in the past.  In 2019, he claimed he took the ritzy aircraft in order to protect his family.  “I spend 99 percent of my life traveling by commercial,” he explained amid a tour for his environmental campaign. “Occasionally, there needs to be an opportunity based on the unique circumstance to ensure that my family are safe.”

Cows Fall For Cruise!-(National Enquirer)

Tom Cruise is such an udder star-he even causes cows to collapse!  While shooting his own parachute-jump stunts from a helicopter for the seventh installment of the “Mission:  Impossible” action series, the 59-year-old cow-tipping beefcake stunned a field full of fainting farm animals when anti-drone scrambling devise scrambled their senses!  “A high frequency noise was used to prevent drones flying near him during the parachute jumps, but the tech was very strong and made an entire nearby field of cows fall over,” mooed a source about the buckling bovines.  “Thankfully, they were okay once the scrambling devices were switched off!”

Lily Collins’ Perfect Fairy-tale Wedding-(Globe)

It was a picture-perfect Colorado wedding for “Emily in Paris” star Lily Collins, 32, and Charlie McDowell, 38, the director son of Mary Steenburgen and Malcolm McDowell.  “What started as a fairytale is my forever reality,” gushes the bride, daughter of rocker Phil Collins.

Jessica & Eric-Happier Than Ever-(Us Weekly)

When Jessica Simpson, 41, posted a loving birthday note to her husband, Eric Johnson, 42, on Sept. 15, the message was clear:  “I truly was born to love you,” she wrote on Instagram.  A source confirms the parents of three couldn’t be in a better place.  “Their whole world revolves around family.  They hike, cook, play sports and travel,” the source says.  “It’s a wonderful life they’ve created-and they’re still wildly attracted to each other!”

Gigi’s Relationship Rules-(Star)

Right direction:  Gigi Hadid finally but her foot down after Zayne Malik was caught on camera in NYC’s East Village in June, shirtless and nearly getting into a fight outside the Amsterdam Billiards Club.  “Gigi had been pretty chill about him going out with friends until that specific incident,” a source says.  “But she said regardless of whose fault it was, it wasn’t a good look.”  Now the 26-year-old model, who welcomed their daughter Khai last September, has issued some relationship rules to keep the former boy bander, 28, in check.  “She laid down the law, including cutting out alcohol altogether, plus Zayn has to be home by midnight and they have to go on date nights once a week,” reveals the insider.  “She believes that as a father, he should be acting like a responsible adult instead of partying with his shirt off at 2 A.M.”

The Queen’s Peace Offering to Harry-(Life & Style)

It wasn’t the world’s happiest birthday.  When Prince Harry turned 37 on Sept. 15, he celebrated thousands of miles away from his family-most of whom he’s no longer speaking to.  On a phone call with his grandmother, Queen Elizabeth II, Harry confessed that, as much as he adores his wife and children, he was feeling lonely in California and more than a little homesick, according to an insider.  The queen understood.  And since she’s always had a soft spot for Harry, she gave him a birthday gift that was also a peace offering:  a cottage on the grounds of her country estate, Sandringham, in Norfolk, England.  “[Harry] can’t wait for his kids to spend time in the country he knows and genuinely does love.”

Chatter-(People)

“There’s so many times in your life where you feel like an outsider.  I feel like that in Hollywood sometimes.”-Jennifer Lopez, on not always feeling like she belongs.

Large Pumpkin

An Ohio pumpkin festival kicked off with a state record being broken by a giant pumpkin that weighed in at a staggering 2,195 pounds.  Jeff Theil, of Dillonvale, took the top spot in the 57th Barnesville Pumpkin Festival’s King Pumpkin weigh-off Wednesday night, when his gargantuan gourd tipped the scales at 2,195 pounds, more than 100 pounds heavier than the second-place finisher.  Theil’s pumpkin took the state record from Todd and Donna Skinner, whose giant pumpkin weighed in at 2,150 pounds at the 2017 festival.  Theil said he owes his prize pumpkin to a deceased friend.  “I got the seed from a guy who ended up passing away from cancer,” Theil told WTOV-TV. “I emailed his wife when [the pumpkin] was 50 days old and I let her know how things were going and I told her I can’t help think that he’s up there pushing things along.”  See the photo HERE.

Man Pulls Bus With His Body

A 58-year-old Canadian strongman broke a Guinness World Record in New York by pulling a 33,400-pound bus 16 feet by using his upper body.  Kevin Fast, appearing on ABC’s Live with Kelly and Ryan, pulled a 40-foot, all-electric Metropolitan Transportation Authority bus on West 67th Street in Manhattan to break the record for heaviest vehicle pulled using only the upper body.  Fast broke his own record from 2017, when he pulled a 24,427-pound truck in Cobourg, Ontario.  “We are excited to be part of a historic Guinness World Records attempt to pull the heaviest vehicle by the upper body, and congratulate Kevin Fast on his exciting achievement,” Frank Annicaro, acting president at the MTA Bus Company and senior vice president at New York City Transit’s Department of Buses, said in a statement.  Annicaro said the MTA welcomed the chance to draw national attention to its all-electric buses.

Florida Man Gets Support After Stealing Diapers

A Florida police department is facing serious social media backlash after asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who stole diapers and baby wipes from a Walmart.  The Winter Haven Police Department posted images to their Facebook page from store surveillance cameras. The images showed a middle-aged man in the store with two young children and a cart of diapers and wipes. Though the police intended to catch the man via a Facebook post, commenters had other ideas.  The man had scanned the items at a self-checkout register in an attempt to purchase all of the items he needed but the two different credit cards he attempted to use had both declined several times. After trying with the first card, the man apparently left the store with his children and came back without them to try again with a different card, only for that one to decline as well.  At that point the man left the store with the diapers and wipes without paying, the police department wrote in the Facebook post.  Many people found it distasteful for the police to publicize a theft of diapers as if the man had stolen something expensive and valuable, like a television.  “WHPD what happened to protect & serve. While I don’t condone stealing, why don’t y’all step up and see how you can help this dad instead of berating him. I’ll help pay for the diapers and wipes,” one person commented.  The Winter Haven Police Department eventually posted an update on their Facebook page stating that the local Walmart where the man stole the items would not be filing charges against him.
*********Have you seen the price of diapers?? That’s grand theft!!
*******Obviously, the public thinks the cops are like diapers: full of crap!!
*****It’s Walmart!! Most of the people in there are wearing diapers!!

Tortoise Wanders Onto Airport Runway

Flights at a Tokyo-area airport were delayed for about 15 minutes when a tortoise was spotted wandering on the runway.  Administrators at Narita Airport said a pilot preparing for takeoff on Runway A alerted air control that there was an approximately 1-foot tortoise on the tarmac.  The animal’s presence caused delays for five flights, including an All Nippon Airways plane decked out in sea turtle livery for flights to and from Hawaii.  “In Hawaii, sea turtles are seen as bringing good luck, and we hope this turtle that came to see the flight off signals a bright future,” All Nippon Airways said in a statement provided to The Mainichi.  Animal rescuers captured the tortoise in a net and returned the reptile to the airport’s retention pond, about 328 feet from the runway.

The Biggest Home Organizing Mistakes People Make

HUFFINGTON POST

Buying Containers Before Decluttering

“One of the most common mistakes that I’ve seen people make when organizing their homes is buying organizing tools (containers, gadgets, labels, etc.) before they sort and purge. Sorting your belongings into trash, donate, and keep categories is not just to help you get rid of unnecessary or unwanted items. It also serves the purpose of helping you to realize not only what you have, but also how much of it you actually have.” ― Carolyn Rogers, professional organizing consultant at Neat Nerd Solutions

“People purchase items to ‘get organized’ without engaging in a few good de-cluttering sessions! It’s almost as if folks believe that it’s the product that will ‘get and keep’ you organized, and not a dramatic shift in habits, behaviors, or relationships to the stuff and space that will actually increase the likelihood that you will find success as an organized person when you don’t have a lot of stuff to keep track of.” ― Regina Lark, professional organizer at A Clear Path

Not Taking Measurements

“When it comes to organizing, size matters. This is especially true if you’re seeking a specific aesthetic. Those super cute baskets don’t look the same if they are too large and hanging off of the shelf where you planned for them to reside. Or an under-sink storage item that doesn’t actually fit under the sink is not useful. How about the Christmas decoration containers that are too small or you didn’t buy enough to hold all of your decorations. Be sure to obtain measurements for both the space and the item(s) that you plan to occupy it.” ― Rogers

“Please don’t eyeball a shelf or a closet or a drawer and guesstimate what kind of bin or helpful divider or hanging pocket shoe rack might fit. Measure the hell out of any drawer or door or shelf before ordering online or in person. Width, depth, height are your friends and so is a tape measure.” ― Jeni Aron, professional organizer at Clutter Cowgirl

Getting Too Fixated On Instagram

“It’s not uncommon that people will try to force popular organizing solutions into their life rather than use the ones that work best for them. While you may need to make slight adjustments to your lifestyle and daily routines in order to be and stay more organized, you want to select the solutions that work best for your life, not that look the best on Instagram.” ― Jeffrey Phillip, professional organizer and interior designer

“Most of the home organizing photos that are shown on Instagram are staged. In real life, no one has rainbow clothes (or only one color clothing), rainbow food in the refrigerator, or rainbow anything. If you look closely at the before and after pictures of pantries on Instagram, for example, you’ll find that few of the products are the same. When you look at refrigerator photos on Instagram, there are no leftovers, milk, or juice. You can either organize a space or stage a space for a picture.” ― Barbara Reich, professional organizer at Life Organized

Storing Everyday Items In Inconvenient Locations

“Don’t put everyday items in hard-to-reach places. Instead, keep items you use all of the time close by.” ― Sarah Giller Nelson, owner of Less Is More Organizing Services

Overfilling Spaces With Containers

“A common pitfall to avoid is overfilling spaces and containers. A good organizing system is easy to access and has room to grow. If you have to stuff items to fit them in the designated location, you are likely to become frustrated and the system will fail.” ― Seana Turner, founder of The Seana Method

Getting Hung Up On Making Decisions

“That’s all clutter is: postponed decisions. If your gut is telling you to hold onto it, then hold onto it. This is not the only opportunity you have let go of an item. There is always the second-round edit. Keep it moving!” ― Julie Naylon, professional organizer at No Wire Hangers

Dumping Everything Out At Once

“Don’t dump everything out! That will create a massive, scary mess. Instead, work on one area at a time and put things back as you go.” ― Weinstock

“Once we taste the satisfaction of organizing, the overachiever in us may be tempted to take on the entire house at once! Our success fills us with an energy that makes us feel like we can conquer an entire world of unorganized closets, drawers, and pantries. But soon after pulling everything out, our energy starts to wane and we may find ourselves in what looks like a disaster zone. We then have to resist the urge to stuff everything back into those closets, drawers and pantries to eliminate the overwhelm of visual chaos. Instead, we should try to pace ourselves and harness that fiery energy.” ― Kellie Powell, lead professional organizer and chief operating officer of Dexterous Organizing

“Don’t take everything out of a space. If the space is large, you may end up with things all over the place and then not have time to put them away properly. I advise taking items out one at a time. What will be discarded or donated, should get placed in a separate place. Then, when you are left with only what you’ll keep, you can take it out and determine where things will go.” ― Reich

Not Labeling After Organizing A Space

“You think you’ll remember that you put holiday decorations in a box at the top of the closet. You won’t. Get a big Sharpie or a label maker and clearly note what you’ve put where.” ― Zaslow

“The best way to ensure that a space is maintained is by labeling everything, so there’s no question of where everything belongs.” ― Reich

Don’t buy containers until you’ve decluttered and taken stock of what you actually need.

Creating Systems That Don’t Have An ‘Exit Strategy’

“We are always accumulating things, but the amount of space in our houses is fixed. While it is very satisfying to have homes for every item you own, if you don’t continually edit your collections, your home will start to feel cluttered. Buy the clothes you need and love, but also keep a donation bag at the foot of your closet for those you don’t. Create a paper management system, but once a document no longer serves its purpose don’t feel obliged to keep it around because you made a file folder for it.” ― Nelson

Overthinking Everything

“People over-categorize. Keep it simple and don’t make your categories so complex that you can’t keep up with it. Simple systems will not only benefit you but everyone else in your home. When I’m working with a client where there is excess I always create a ‘back stock’ area. A great example of this is office supplies. You don’t have to keep every pen you own on your desk.” ― Naylon

Not Getting The Other Inhabitants On Board

“When you’re living or working alone, being organized is a lot easier! When you live with a spouse/partner/roommate it takes some joint effort and accountability. And when you have kids (at any age) it can sometimes feel impossible and never-ending. Same goes for being organized at work. There has to be some level of joint expectation and priority of what the environment should look like. Similarly, the systems that are set up need to work for everyone involved so that they can follow it. For example, taking children’s height into consideration when creating a mudroom so that they can easily hang up their jackets and book bags without asking someone else.” ― Melissa Levy, founder of Declutter + Design

Failing To Maintain

“Although cleaning and organizing are two completely different things, they do have one important thing in common… maintenance! We never want to make the mistake of thinking that organizing is a one and done undertaking. Just as we cannot expect our homes to stay spotless after one day of valiant efforts to clean, with no daily plan for upkeep; we also cannot expect that our earnest organizing efforts will be met with success without some form of maintenance. Maintenance isn’t difficult. It can take as little as 10 minutes a day. We can follow an organized system of simply returning things to their proper places daily. This maintenance will make organization routine, refreshing, and long lasting!” ― Powell

“Once you get organized, it’s just as important to put emphasis on how you’re going to stay organized. It’s not a one and done. When someone isn’t interested in this part, I can tell that they won’t be able to stay organized in the long run. Being organized takes consistent effort.” ― Levy

Putting Off Asking For Help

“A typical challenge with home organization is when people get stuck, they delay reaching out for help from a friend, family member, or professional. The clutter and disorganization increase for months, years, or decades. Their procrastination causes overwhelm and strain on emotional energy.” ― Samuels
