Brad Pitt Un-Retires
Brad Pitt walked back his recent comments about his retirement while attending the Los Angeles premiere of his film Bullet Train. In the August issue of GQ, Pitt had said he considers himself on his “last leg” and in the “last semester or trimester” of his career. He clarified his remarks in an interview with Deadline on the red carpet. “No, I mean… I really have to work on my phrasing,” Pitt said. “I was just saying, ‘I’m past middle age and I want to be specific about how I spend those last things however they may be,'” he added. Pitt stars with Joey King, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bryan Tyree Henry, Andrew Koji, Hiroyuki Sanada and Michael Shannon in Bullet Train, which opens in theaters Friday. At the premiere, Pitt also praised Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, his 16-year-old daughter with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie. Pitt referenced a recent video featuring Shiloh dancing to Doja Cat’s “Vegas.” “It brings a tear to the eye, yeah,” Pitt said of Shiloh’s love of dance, adding that she’s “very beautiful.” “I don’t know where she got it from. Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s marriage certificate can be seen for the first time. It confirms that Lopez requested to have her name legally changed to Jennifer Affleck. Pastor Ryan Wolfe performed the marriage at The Little White Chapel on July 17, according to the document obtained by Fox News Digital. Kenosha Booth was listed as the witness for the marriage. Affleck’s full name is listed on the certificate: Ben Geza Affleck. They celebrated their marriage with a trip to Paris following the impromptu marriage. The two were photographed holding hands while walking through the city. They were also spotted sharing a kiss at a dinner. They were also joined by some of their children for the trip. Marilyn Monroe’s estate is backing the casting of Ana de Armas as Monroe. She recently received backlash on social media after the trailer for the Netflix film “Blonde” dropped on July 28th. “i know the movie hasn’t come out yet but Blonde starring Ana de Armas looks stunning and the scenes gives me chills but i know y’all still hear her accent.. like it’s STRONG,” one Twitter user wrote. Monroe’s estate, which is not involved in the “Blonde” film, defending de Armas’ casting. “Marilyn Monroe is a singular Hollywood and pop culture icon that transcends generations and history,” Marc Rosen, president of entertainment at Authentic Brands Group (ABG), which owns the Marilyn Monroe Estate, told Variety. “Any actor that steps into that role knows they have big shoes to fill. Nick Cannon Closes Down The Water Park
Over the weekend, Nick Cannon rented out a water park to spend some quality time with his 11-year-old twins, Monroe and Moroccan, whom he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey. She shared some moments from the fun day to his Instagram, writing, “Waterpark to ourselves!!! It’s the Roc & Roe Takeover!!” In the video, Cannon records himself and the twins as they ascend down a large waterslide. He brought his phone along for the wet ride as they all screamed and laughed while the camera got splashed with water. The day at the water park comes a month after Cannon welcomed his eighth child with Bre Tiesi. After a long and “intense” labor, the model revealed their son, Legendary, needed “respiratory support.” Aside from his two children with Carey and newborn with Tiesi, the comedian also shares 5-year-old son Golden “Sagon” and 1-year-old daughter Powerful Queen with Brittany Bell; and 7-month-old twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with Abby De La Rosa. He also welcomed his late son, Zen, with Alyssa Scott in July 2021 but he died five months later from brain cancer.

Naomi Judd Leaves Her Kids Out Of Will
Naomi Judd left her only two daughters, Wynonna Judd and Ashley Judd, out of her last will and testament. She instead appointed her husband of 33 years, Larry Strickland, as the executor of her estate, according to court documents. Naomi requested in the will that the musician, 76, have “full authority and discretion” over any property that is an asset to her estate “without the approval of any court” or permission from any beneficiary of the estate. She also stated, per the documents, that Strickland would be entitled to receive “reasonable compensation” for his services, and that he would be paid or reimbursed for all “reasonable expenses, advances and disbursements, including attorney’s and accountant’s fees, made or incurred in the administration of my estate.” The will was prepared on Nov. 20, 2017, nearly five years before Naomi died. It is unclear if either Wynonna or Ashley were named as beneficiaries of any of Naomi’s assets as this was not stated in the will. According to CelebrityNetWorth.com, Naomi’s estate is estimated to be worth $25 million.

Bear Invades Home
A Connecticut man doing yard work at his home went inside for a drink and found a black bear snacking in his kitchen. Christine Vannie of West Hartford said her husband, Bill, was working in the yard Sunday morning and decided to go inside for a drink. The man went into his kitchen and found a black bear eating marshmallows and peanut butter crackers that had been left on a counter top. “Go on, that way. Go. Get out of here,” Bill Vannie can be heard saying in a video he captured while chasing the intruder back outside. The couple determined the bear had broken through a screen door to enter the house. Christine Vannie said the refrigerator in the home’s garage had been ransacked a few days earlier, and the couple suspects the same black bear was behind both incidents. See the video HERE.

Snake Found In A Bag Of Popcorn
A shopper at a Virginia store was taking a bag of popcorn with a hole in it to the front of the business when a snake poked its head out from inside the snack container. Kimberly Slaughter said she was at Shoppers Value in Kenbridge when she noticed a bag of popcorn had a hole in the upper right corner. “As soon as I went to put the bag in my basket to take it up front, because you know, they can’t sell it. The thing had popped out, and you know, I was like, ‘Oh, well, hi,'” Slaughter told WTVR-TV. Photos Slaughter posted to Facebook show the “thing” in question was a live snake. Slaughter said the snake slithered out of the bag and around her cart before going back into the hole. “It was the full length of the cart,” Slaughter said. “It had prime real estate though.” Brian Stanley, manager of Shoppers Value, said the reptile was a small black snake. The snake was removed from the store by an employee.

Scorpions Stow Away In Suitcase
An Austrian woman returned home from a trip to Croatia and discovered 18 scorpions had stowed away in her suitcase. Tierhilfe Gusental, an animal rescue service in Upper Austria, said in a news release that the woman returned to her Natternbach home after a trip to Croatia and was unpacking when she discovered a mother scorpion and 17 babies in her bag. Rescuers said they intend to return the scorpions to the wild in their home country. “The animals were secured and handed over to us. They are currently in the Linz animal shelter until they start their return journey,” the news release said.

Florida Man Steals Tiki Torch!
A man was arrested after allegedly stealing a lit tiki torch from a downtown St. Petersburg bar and restaurant on Friday, according to an arrest report. The arrest report alleged Aaron Hall, 37, grabbed a lit kerosene tiki torch from the patio and carried it down the sidewalk. Hall reportedly approached a woman, who ran away from him because she “feared for her safety”. The affidavit said Hall told her to “suck my d—” before putting the torch down and going back to the bar. Two witnesses told police that Hall began screaming at them, which prompted someone to call the police. They also told police that they feared for their safety, as well as the safety of everyone else at the bar. Hall, who police said is homeless and was reportedly intoxicated during the incident, was taken to the Pinellas County Jail and charged with disorderly conduct.
