Former President Barack Obama and Bruce Springsteen have joined forces for a new podcast on Spotify titled Renegades: Born in the USA. Spotify announced the eight-episode series on Monday during its Stream On event and released the first two installments. They will sit down to discuss race, fatherhood, marriage and the future of the United States. “How did we get here? How could we find our way back to a more unifying American story?” Obama asks in the introduction of the first episode. Renegades marks the second podcast launched through Spotify as part of the deal following The Michelle Obama Podcast.

The video appeared to show Kardashian in the car passing the Palm Springs windmills as Olivia Rodrigo’s No. 1 hit song “Driver’s License” played in the background. Fans began speculating that Kardashian, 40, was turning to the tune to get over her split from the rap legend. Pat Sajak Under Fire For Mocking Contestant
“Wheel of Fortune” host Pat Sajak upset a number of viewers on Monday when he seemingly mocked a contestant with a speech impediment. He was trying to keep things light during Monday’s show as he was introducing contestants. While doing so, Sajak spoke with contestant Chris Brimble. After explaining to the host what he does for a living, it became clear to viewers and the host that Brimble speaks with a slight lisp. Sajak heard him out and even commented on the importance of his job, bringing technology to older adults. However, the host concluded the brief interview by saying “I thee” instead of “I see.” While Brimble simply laughed the moment off, viewers who were upset about the Sajak’s apparent mockery of the contestant’s speech impediment took to Twitter to voice their outrage. “Did @patsajak just mock one of the contestants??” one user wrote. “@patsajak Hey d—-bag, say a cheap shot making fun of a contestant with a lisp. I teach speech therapy. You have been on the air for far too long. It’s time for you to retire. Ashley Judd’s Injuries Were Serious
Ashley Judd took to Instagram where she detailed her “grueling 55-hour” rescue after shattering her leg. The 52-year-old made it out of the jungle in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), where she tripped over a fallen tree. Judd was flown to Sunninghill Hospital in Johannesburg, South Africa for surgery. “I arrived to them from DRC in terrible shape and my leg had no pulse,” Judd wrote. “I desperately needed a blood transfusion. Their sisters (nurses) are exemplary, technically top notch, and they cared for the trauma in my body as well as my soul with equal proficiency.” Her surgeon Dr. Eugene Greeff “was super at stabilizing my leg with the external fixator until the massive soft tissue damage and swelling went down so that I could have the Big Operation.” “What he did was significant and I am forever in his debt,” Judd added. “Eventually I was qualified to have the 8-hour surgery to repair the bones, decompress the hemorrhaging nerve and pick the shards of bones out of the nerve,” she revealed. “I am now recovering from surgery.”

Prince Philip Fighting Infection
Prince Philip is being treated for an infection and is not expected to leave the hospital for several days, Buckingham Palace confirmed on Wednesday. According to the palace, he is “comfortable and responding to treatment.” Philip’s youngest son, Prince Edward, told Sky News that his father was “a lot better.” He said, “he’s looking forward to getting out, which is the most positive thing, so we keep our fingers crossed.” The news comes one day after his grandson Prince William said the Duke of Edinburgh is “OK” and doctors are “keeping an eye on him.” On Saturday, Prince Charles visited his father, who was admitted on Feb. 16 to London’s King Edward VII Hospital for “observation and rest” after falling ill.

Six-Legged Puppy
Veterinarians at an Oklahoma animal hospital said a puppy believed to be the first ever to be born alive with six legs is beating the odds by surviving and thriving. The Neel Veterinary Hospital in Oklahoma City said the puppy, named Skipper, was born with a single head and chest cavity, but she has six legs, two tails, two pelvic regions, two lower urinary tracts and two reproductive systems. The hospital said Skipper is believed to be the first canine with six legs to be born alive, and despite some signs of spinal bifida, her organs “appear to be in great shape.” “All of her legs move and respond to stimulus just like a normal puppy. Its possible she may need physical therapy and assistance with mobility as she gets older,” the hospital said in a Facebook post. The hospital said Skipper is “very strong” and is doing well at her owner’s home. See the pic HERE.

Bomb Turns Out To Be Cat and Kittens
An Ohio bomb squad called to investigate a suspicious package outside a church ended up discovering the contents were more adorable than dangerous — a cat and her six newborn kittens. The Butler County Sheriff’s Office said deputies from the bomb unit were summoned to the church in New Miami on a report of a “suspicious package” left outside a door, but when they approached the object, “they didn’t hear ticking, they heard purring.” The package, a large gym bag, turned out to contain a cat and six kittens. A note inside the bag said the mother cat, Sprinkles, had given birth to the kittens the previous day. The felines were taken to the Animal Friends Humane Society in Hamilton, where they were found to be in good health and were placed with a foster family.

Victorian Home Towed
A 141-year-old, two-story home in San Francisco was towed six blocks from its original location to its new home in an operation that took about six hours to complete. The seven-bedroom Victorian home, known as the Englander house, was moved Sunday from 807 Franklin Street to 635 Fulton Street, a journey of about six blocks. Lana Costantini with the San Francisco Historical Society said moving the gigantic home on a hydraulic dolly was not without unforeseen difficulties. “There’s been a few glitches on the way. Trees that were in the way, stops signs, lights, and signs and what not,” Costantini told KGO-TV. Tree trimmers were employed to cut branches out of the way and street signs and parking meters were temporarily relocated to make way for the oversized load. Officials said the relocation was the first project of its type in San Francisco in 45 years. The owner of the home, San Francisco broker Tim Brown, is believed to have spent around $400,000 in fees and moving costs to have the house relocated.

Man Breaks T-Shirt Record
An Idaho couple teamed up to tackle an unusual Guinness World Record when the wife helped the husband don 35 T-shirts in one minute. David Rush, who has broken more than 150 Guinness records to promote STEM education, said he and his wife, Jennifer, previously attempted the same record in summer 2020, but despite managing to put on 32 shirts, their attempt was disqualified due to a requirement that each shirt be pulled to the waist all around the body. Rush shared a video showing his wife helping him pull on 35 T-shirts, beating the previous record of 31 shirts. Rush said having a helper turned out to be crucial for the last few shirts, as wearing so many articles of clothing restricted the movement of his arms.
