Fast and Furious 10 Gets Release Date
Universal’s Fast and Furious 10 will hit theaters on April 7, 2023, with filmmaker Justin Lin returning to direct. Franchise leads Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges, Sung Kang, Jordana Brewster and Nathalie Emmanuel are expected to return after starring in F9, which hit theaters in June. Jason Statham was teased during an end-credits scene of F9, setting him up to return in Fast and Furious 10. John Cena, Charlize Theron, Kurt Russell and Helen Mirren also starred in F9 and could potentially return. Universal previously announced that the action series will come to a close with the 11th film.

Paris Hilton discussed plans for her upcoming wedding while appearing on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. She will be marrying her fiancé Carter Reum, a venture capitalist. They got engaged in February on Hilton’s 40th birthday as the pair was celebrating on a private island. Fallon, on Tuesday, asked Hilton if she will be utilizing her DJ skills during the wedding. “I’ll definitely get a DJ because it’s too much. We’ll have a band as well. It’s going to be like a three-day affair,” Hilton said. “Lots of dresses. Probably 10. I love outfit changes,” she continued before stating that Reum will not be taking part in outfit changes. Hilton will also be filming her wedding for a documentary series that is coming to Peacock. “I just feel like for my documentary This is Paris, it ended in a way in which, it was amazing but I just feel like I want my fans to see that I found my Prince Charming and my happy fairy-tale ending,” she said. Blake Shelton made an appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” recently and filmed a segment in which he paired up with his fellow “The Voice” alum Nick Jonas to play against Kelly Clarkson and John Legend for a game called “Throw Me a Line.” For the game, a disembodied voice would say a line from the middle of a popular song and the singers would have to buzz in and sing the title of the song. Clarkson and Legend quickly swept the floor with Shelton’s team, racking up points for knowing Garth Brooks’ “Friends in Low Places” and Whitney Houston’s “I Wanna Dance With Somebody.” The tables seemed to turn when Jonas successfully recognized “ABC” by the Jackson 5 and Shelton correctly named “Footloose” by Kenny Loggins. However, the announcer said he’d share one more song and began to read the lyrics of “Hollaback Girl” by Stefani, Shelton’s wife. Blake was unable to beat Clarkson to the buzzer, allowing the talk show hostess to win the game when she correctly named the song. “Hollaback Girl” is arguably one of Stefani’s more famous songs, though the two have mentioned in interviews that they weren’t overly familiar with one another’s music before striking up a romance. They have now recorded a number of songs together.

Kathleen Roberts, a woman who claims she’s Marilyn Monroe reincarnate, believes she’s married to Michael Jackson’s ghost. According to an article she wrote for the Daily Star, Roberts alleged that Jackson’s ghostly presence doesn’t have sex with her, however, he likes to use her earthly body to dance, sing and eat. Alongside a video, she revealed that MJ proposed to her “clairvoyantly” with a “pink engagement ring.” She also claimed in the article that they had the Rev. Two-Headed Turtle Found
National Park Service biologists in North Carolina made an unusual discovery while checking on sea turtle nests — a two-headed baby turtle. The National Park Service said wildlife biologists at Cape Hatteras National Seashore, in North Carolina’s Outer Banks, came across the unusual turtle on the beach this week. “Are two heads really better than one?! It’s not everyday that park biologists find a two-headed sea turtle!” the park said in a Facebook post. South Carolina State Parks said in late July that members of the Edisto Beach State Park’s Sea Turtle Patrol were conducting a routine nest inventory when they found the baby loggerhead with two heads. Anyone Missing A Leg?
A British woman who lost her prosthetic leg while swimming in a lake was reunited with her lost limb when a volunteer diver answered a plea for help on social media. Josephine Bridges, of Birmingham, England, said she was swimming in Windermere and lost her leg at some point after jumping off the Millerground jetty. Bridges’ sister, Emily, posted a plea for help on social media, and the Facebook post came to the attention of Angus Hosking, founder of Lake District Diving. Hosking met Bridges and her family at the lake and set about searching the bottom of the lake. “After getting changed and getting into the water I dove down and search along the left-hand side and worked my way to the end of the jetty. The visibility under the water was pretty terrible, so I was nearly on top of it when I finally saw it. I just saw a Birkenstock on the foot of it,” Hosking told LancsLive. See the video HERE.

Python Found In Grocery Store
Shoppers at a grocery store in Australia were shocked to discover a 10-foot python slithering across a shelf in the spice section. Hilary Leigh posted a video to Facebook that showed the large snake she spotted on a shelf at the Woolworths store in Glenorie, a northwest suburb of Sydney. Witness Helaina Alati said she was shopping for dinner ingredients when she came face-to-face with the python. “It just wanted to say hello,” Alati told Guardian Australia. “Dozens of people must have walked past it.” A Woolworths representative said workers cordoned off the area to keep customers safe. Alati, who used to serve as a volunteer snake catcher, went home to retrieve equipment and returned to relocate the snake from the spice aisle to a more suitable habitat in the wild. “It was chill, and not aggressive at all,” Alati said. “It wasn’t in a defensive position. It slithered right into the bag. I’m used to seeing snakes in weird places, but I wouldn’t expect it to be in a Woolworths.”

Guy Spends Embezzled Money On Porn
A Florida man who pleaded guilty to embezzling almost $13 million from a nonprofit affiliated with the University of South Florida’s medical school spent most of it on a website where users pay to watch women online. Ralph Puglisi, a 59-year-old accounting manager for University Medical Service Association, admitted to misusing company credit cards to the tune of $12.6 million, according to the Tampa Bay Times. Of that, about $11 million was spent on an adult website called MyGirlFund.com, an adult entertainment site. But Puglisi didn’t appear to be using the site entirely for his own enjoyment. Some of the money went directly to a channel owned by his stepson’s fiancée, who then cashed out the tokens and split the proceeds, almost $745,000, 60/40, according to the Times. Puglisi also spent more than $22,500 on plane tickets for a woman and her friends to fly from Toronto to Orlando and another $43,662 at Disney World Resorts.

Alyssa Dweck, a practicing gynecologist in New York, said she always keeps a probiotic geared toward vaginal health in stock.

Vitamin D3

Vitamin D can also help with your mood, too. Ask your doctor to do a routine blood test to find out what nutrients — like vitamin D — you might be deficient in, and they can tell you what you should keep in stock.
A Blood Pressure Monitor
Jaydeep Tripathy, a primary care doctor at the telehealth company Doctor Spring, said his home is equipped with a blood pressure device, like this MMIZOO monitor.
“One of the most useful devices is a home blood pressure monitor,” Tripathy said. “It’s useful even for the older adults because as one ages, hypertension risks are increased. Checking your blood pressure, especially if you are feeling off, can help with early detection of a medical problem.”
He pointed out that people who are generally healthy with no underlying conditions do not need to use this every single day. However, it’s extremely beneficial to keep on hand if you live with hypertension or hypotension.
“If your blood pressure goes beyond 180mmHg/100mmHg, and you are feeling other symptoms such as nausea and headaches, you should immediately seek medical attention,” he added.
Vitamin C
Most people reach for the vitamin C in an effort to combat the first signs of a flu or cold, but there are a number of other benefits that occur when you get enough of the nutrient.
“Vitamin C is helpful for many things, not just helping to support our immune systems,” said Nicole Avena, an assistant professor of neuroscience at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. “Vitamin C is an antioxidant and can help reduce risk factors for heart disease and also can help prevent iron deficiency.”
Avena recommended vitamin C for both adults and children who aren’t eating a variety of vitamin C-containing foods (like citrus). Talk to your doctor to find out what they recommend keeping on hand.
Melatonin
If you’re someone who occasionally has a hard time falling asleep, Avena suggests trying some melatonin.
“Sometimes, it can be hard to fall asleep, especially if you are traveling or stressed. Melatonin is a hormone that naturally rises when you are about to fall asleep, so taking a supplement can help if you are having trouble falling asleep naturally,” she said.
Avena said it’s normal to have trouble falling asleep every so often, but if your sleeping troubles persist more than a week, seek out advice from your medical doctor.
Avena also keeps Zicam RapidMelts in her own medicine cabinet and recommended it for those moments “when you feel that tickle in your throat, or the onset of a cold or flu coming on.”
Benadryl
Michelle Sandberg, a pediatrician at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center in San Jose, recommended keeping Benadryl in your medicine cabinet at home.
Benadryl is excellent at treating allergies and allergic reactions caused by most things, including bee stings and insect bites, she explained.
Mineral Sunscreen
If you’ll be spending time outdoors this summer, then consider stocking up on Sandberg’s recommendation of mineral sunscreen.
She personally looks for products with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide as ingredients. Just make sure to avoid active ingredients like oxybenzone, avobenzone, octisalate, octocrylene, homosalate and octinoxate.
Experts previously told HuffPost they recommended mineral sunscreens like the Kinship Self Reflect Probiotic Sunscreen for $42 and the Sun Bum Sunscreen Face Stick for $11.39.
Aloe Vera
Now, if you made the mistake of forgetting your sunscreen or it just didn’t do its job, then Brighten suggests turning to aloe vera.
“We live in a sunny place and despite our best efforts with sunscreen, mild burns sometimes happen. It’s always best to have it on hand in the event they do,” she said.
Experts recommend looking for aloe products that do not contain alcohol, like this bottle of Up&Up Aloe Vera Gel for $5.99, because it can sting or irritate burns further.

Finally, Brighten also keeps a throat spray on hand for when she’s sick.
